Dr. habil. Ronald Hartz

I’ve started my research career as a doctoral student at Technische Universität Chemnitz and worked as an assistant professor for European Management in Chemnitz. In 2018, I’ve joined the University of Leicester School of Business. I was also a guest lecturer at universities in Regensburg, Duisburg-Essen, Zürich, Dresden and at the Cusanus Hochschule für Gesellschaftsgestaltung. I am interested in social theory, critical management and organization studies, alternative organizations, discourse theory, aesthetics and popular culture with a particular focus on management, work and organizations.
